1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Prohibited Conduct" refers to any activity defined in Section 8 of these Terms and Conditions as being forbidden on the ft88 platform.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the ft88 platform in any way — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any casino game — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services offered on the ft88 platform. They are supplemented by specific rules applicable to individual products, including sportsbook betting rules, casino game rules, lottery terms, and bonus terms. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and any product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that product only.

3 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use an ft88 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts on ft88.

ft88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one ft88 account. The operation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in the closure of all duplicate accounts. Any winnings, bonuses, or promotional credits accumulated across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This includes your password, any two-factor authentication codes, and your registered mobile number. You must not share your login details with any other person. All bets and transactions placed from your account are deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you have notified ft88 of suspected unauthorised access prior to those transactions occurring.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the ft88 platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ft88 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, for which ft88 accepts no responsibility.

Accepted deposit methods include: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, 1LINK, and approved cryptocurrency channels (USDT, BTC). The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.

Withdrawal processing is subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise approved by ft88 compliance.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day, subject to your account verification tier.
• ft88 targets same-day processing for withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa for fully verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• ft88 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals where required by anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

ft88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed registration and, where applicable, initial KYC verification.
• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus offer once only, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise. Attempts to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitute Prohibited Conduct.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and must be wagered the number of times specified in the bonus offer before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount unless otherwise stated. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a reduced rate, and certain games may be excluded entirely.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the ft88 platform are subject to the product-specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the player. ft88 does not guarantee that odds will remain available throughout the betting period.
• ft88 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict markets, or refuse bets on any event at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
• In the event of a manifest error in pricing — including typographical errors, technical malfunctions, or incorrect odds — ft88 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to players.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ft88 platform. Engaging in Prohibited Conduct is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Match fixing and event manipulation: Placing bets with knowledge that an event outcome has been fixed or manipulated, or participating in any scheme to fix sporting outcomes.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the ft88 platform in lieu of a human player.
• Arbitrage and bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, free bets, or pricing inefficiencies using coordinated betting strategies across multiple accounts.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one ft88 account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Money laundering: Using the ft88 platform to process proceeds of crime, or to conceal the source or destination of funds. ft88 has an active AML programme and reports suspicious activity as required by its licensing authority.
• Chargebacks: Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks with your payment provider after using funds on the ft88 platform. ft88 pursues recovery of chargeback amounts through all available legal means.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker, casino tournaments, or any competitive format.
• VPN circumvention: Using a VPN, proxy, or similar technology to disguise your location for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account restrictions imposed by ft88.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ft88 platform — including but not limited to the ft88 brand, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game assets, and data feeds — is the intellectual property of ft88 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ft88 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ft88 content without prior written permission from ft88.

Unauthorised use of ft88 intellectual property — including scraping of odds data, mirroring of website content, or use of the ft88 brand in any context that implies ft88's endorsement — is a breach of these terms and may be subject to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ft88's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of your Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises.

ft88 is not liable for any of the following, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or ft88 was advised of its possibility:

• Loss of profits, winnings, revenue, data, or goodwill;
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service beyond ft88's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account where ft88 has not been negligent in its security obligations;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or data suppliers.

ft88 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from harmful components. ft88 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

ft88 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement and is available at ft88.today/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept the ft88 Privacy Policy.

ft88 collects personal data including but not limited to: your name, CNIC number, date of birth, contact details, payment method information, and records of your platform activity. This data is collected for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, AML obligations, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and, where you have provided consent, marketing communications.

ft88 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary to the operation of the platform (including KYC verification partners, payment processors, and game studios), and with regulatory authorities as required by ft88's licensing obligations.

12 Responsible Gaming

ft88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. ft88 considers the long-term wellbeing of its players to be an integral part of operating a legitimate, licensed platform — not an optional add-on.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ft88 account holders and can be activated through account settings or by contacting ft88 support:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Changes to existing limits take effect immediately (for reductions) or after a 24-hour cooling period (for increases).

13 Account Suspension and Termination

ft88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, where ft88 determines that:

• The player has breached these Terms and Conditions, including engagement in Prohibited Conduct;
• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion;
• Account closure is required by ft88's licensing authority or applicable law;
• The player has requested self-exclusion under the ft88 responsible gaming programme.

Upon account closure for reasons of breach, ft88 may withhold any Real Money Balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where an investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method. Where a breach is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach and applicable licensing rules.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
